Too many women were building big things — brands, businesses, movements — but doing it inside systems designed for someone else. Hustle culture. Bro marketing. Leadership styles that don’t leave room for intuition, rest, or emotional intelligence.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Work Like a Woman is a founder-first space.
A creative co-working and reset experience for women who lead. It’s not a course. Not a networking group. It’s a monthly moment to pause, plan, and create in the company of other modern founders.
